Ike's world challenges - Everything Easter

I haven't entered Ike's world challenge in a while but since it's soon Easter and I have been making cards all weekend I decided to use the great freebie offered in the challenge!

I started with coloring the image and finally found some glitter eggs last night, they were stickers with a white frame, so I begun with cutting away the frame. Then I cut along the front edge of the basket and positioned the eggs there together with a chick, and the basket was full! Added a piece of green scrap paper and a red background. The text is made with alphabet stickers and says Happy Easter in swedish! =)

This one shows off all the glitter stickers! =)

I made a Christmas card that will work for a few challenges... one is Ike's world challenges Challenge #11 Tic Tac Toe, another is The Christmas Club in Lady Anne's friends at PDA and the last one is Decosse's Dynamite Doodles: The 12 Month of Christmas Card Link Up!

For the first challenge you had to use three in a row and I choose: Embossing, Buttons and Stitching faux! =)

First I used my snowflake embossing folder to emboss my christmas paper, then I wrote the text in word and printed it out, the crazy cat from Ike's Art was colored earlier this week and raised up on dimensionals. I made faux stitxhes around the text strips.

I won Ike's challenge with my fun Christmas card and got this badge + a prize! =)

Ike's world Challenge #2 - Awareness

I have been a fan of Ike's Art and now Ike has started a challenge blog and for the second challenge she's offering a beautiful freebie called "Awareness". I just had to make a card with the image and actually used it twice + a sentiment from McMahon Vintage Digitals!

For the framed image I just added dusky pink to the lips and ribbon. For the second I added blush to the face, rose pink and pastel pink to the face and ribbon. I added some shadows to the image with dusky pink. I colored the eyelashes with warm grey!
Around the image I added lavender and inked around the image with VersaMagic Spring Pansy! =)

The images are mounted on a patterned paper from Maja Designs and added on a brown cardstock!

I poked a hole close to the hand and added a rosebud that I got today! =)
