You can be the STAR at CDAC Progressive challenge

Time for the next run of the "You can be the STAR" progressive challenge at CDAC!
Didn't make it to be a star this time, but had a lot of fun coloring this adorable pig from Doodle Pantry! =)

I made a birthday card and the text says Happy birthday in swedish! =)
I choose earthy colors and did some shades on the pig, but not sure that's possible to see on the photo! He is ready to play in the mud, as you can see! =)

Digistamps4Joy Sunday Release

Time for a new release at Digistamps4Joy and this time our lovely leader let us choose our own image from the new release, that's so nice of her! =)

I couldn't resist "Herbette" since I have been into growning things all summer! =) So I let her take the front position on the card, but then her twin brothers wanted to sneek in too, from an earlier release, so had to let them join in to be this Herbalicious Trio, a spelling mistake might have occured on the card but no time to correct that now! =)

So I hope you like this card with Herbette and the Herb twins! =) Check out the blog for more wonderful new images and cards! =)

Fredag morgon och frost

Vaknade till en ljusare dag idag, med 1,6 grader och frostvita tak som skimrade i morgonsolen! =)
Skönt att det inte regnade som igår, när jag kom till jobbet då så var regnkläderna slickade efter kroppen, tog evigheter innan de torkade också!

Solen skiner nu och det är lite varmare ute, ska iväg och fixa en blomma till vår värdinna för kvällens tjejmiddag, vi ska prata om vår resa som blir av i slutet av oktober och umgås! Innan dess så blir det lite pyssel som måste bli klart innan imorgon, så har fullt upp när jag kommer hem!

Lördag blir det lite tågåkning och ett trevligt besök borta, åter på söndag igen, skulle tro att mathandling står på schemat då + omplantering av balkongväxter inför vintern. Fyndade Lindesbergs krukor tidigare så nu ska de få komma till användning! =)

Mina (Sweet) Orange Baby chiliplantor börjar ge mogen chili nu, fler och fler är snart lysorange och bilder kommer, fotade av dem imorse i solskenet! Dessutom har jag tomater hängande i fönstret så att de ska mogna, härligt med egna grönsaker! =)

Vännen Biggan behöver vår hjälp!

Biggan är en trevig bloggerska som verkligen behöver vår hjälp nu och det enda som behövs är ett enda klick för att hjälpa henne, gärna att många klickar då! =)
Hon tävlar om ett stipendie på 25 000 hos LG Drömmar för att kunna skaffa sig en permobil och kunna ta sig fram själv och vara ute utan hjälp!

Tänk att kunna gå till post bank mm. Alldeles själv, Eller bara att kunna "gå ut och gå" utan att alltid behöva be om hjälp. Det hade varit att min dröm gått i uppfyllelse."

Art With No Boundaries - Anything goes & Asian Inspired Part 2

Toda we are showing off some new Asian Inspired projects for the challenge at Art With No Boundaries, this time we got to use the gorgoeus Asian Designs from CS Designs that has both traditional Geishas and cool Harajuki Girls! =)

I used the dominos that the geishas and Harajuki girls are on to decorate a old artichoke tin can I saved from earlier! =)
 I really needed something at work to hold all my pens and give my desk a tidier look.
So I began with printing out the wonderful bamboo background on green paper, divided it into two pieces and added it to the tin with doublesided tape. Have learned that everything sticks better with the original paper left on the tin! =) Also added a green ribbon to the top and bottom of the can!
Then I used my promarkers and gel pens to color the dominos and added them with my glue onto the tin too! =)
I love this shiny new can that hold my pencils and brighten my desk! =)

On a sadder note, I'm leaving the DT at the end of September, I have had a blast working with Chris and the design team but need more time for me and my life right now! But I can always join in on the challenges, so will be back in some way or another! =)

We don’t have any extra-ordinary requirements from our Design Team:

·         You will be sent an invitation to the Private DT group on CDAC

·         Create a mandatory papercraft project every two weeks for the challenge

·         Create a voluntary papercraft project every week for the new releases

·         Create a voluntary papercraft project once a month for the freebie

·         Comment on challenge entries

·         Pop in at the CDAC and PCP DS4J groups to interact with the members

If your answer is YES!!! to all of these questions, we’d love to hear from you.

Tävling hos Nina om ett fint kakfat
