Röda och guldänglar + blomänglar

Jag har varit och kollat in vår lokala pärlbutik och kunde inte motstå att köpa några tulpaner. Knåpat ihop ett par örhängen med dessa, men en storlek mindre hade nog varit bra, dock är de lätta! =)

Gjorde tidigare ett par med röda hjärtan och ikväll ett par med guldhjärtan, som mammas kompis ska få senare. De röda är också tingade! =) Men det går alltid att göra fler, så har ni några önskemål, skicka ett mail! =)

Art with no Boundaries Challenge 2 "All you need is love"

I'm happy to say that I'm a guest designer for Art With No Boundaries for February, couldn't say no to an offer like that! 

This is my first post with todays new challenge! 

We got to work with CS Designs fantastic Expressive Hearts and I made magnets of mine and here is the first one! =)

Var tvungen att testa att göra turkosa änglar också + lekte lite med en snygg tjeckisk pärla och gjorde ett hänge av den, men måste om pärlbutiken och kolla in bra hängen till den så att den går att ha i ett halsband! =)

Kanske kan göra matchande hängen till de övriga örhängena senare också! =)

Beställning - Dopkort till Hugo

Jag fick en beställning av en av eleverna tidigare, hennes kusins son ska döpas i helgen och så här blev kortet till lille Hugo! De ville ha med bilder och figurer, så hoppas de gillar detta kortet och sen har jag skrivit inuti en liten text!

This is a card order from one of the students, her cousins boy are being christened this weekend and this is how the card turned out! hey wanted images and figures, so I hope they will like this card and I also wrote a text on the inside "We wish you all the best in life".

Digitstamps4joy Challenge 36: One for the boys

This challenge theme for Digistamps4Joy is "One for the boys" and that means cards for boys, since it's winter here in Sweden and lot's of snow I choosed to use KC Winter, a winterclad boy with a snowball in his hands.

I made the snowball fuzzy using my snowpen, so it's a litte raised! =)

The background with the snowflakes are a piece of vellum paper I had forgotten! 

Then I added a text I printed in word directly on the vellum!

One of my favorite digital designers Chris Stern, that I greatly admire have found out that her designs has been stolen and used without them buying her images, instead they have just traced them on paper and used them like that in different challenges! En av mina favorit digitala designers Chris Stern, som jag verkligen beundrar har  kommit på att hennes digitala stämplar har stulits och använts utan att de har betalat för dem, de istället ritat av dem och använt de i utmaningar. NettieG's Digital Gems Jauary Challenge "Whispers of Spring to come"

The new challenge at NettieG's Digital Gems is called "Whispers of Spring to Come" and this time we in the designteam got to use pastels and bling in white or transparent colors on our cards!

I used the lovely image "Dance recital" for my card and added her on a pastel bakcground with butterflies! =)

Requirements to join in on the challenge is:

Any NettieG Image will get you an extra entrance in the draw
Use only pastel colors
Bling in white or transparent colors

De gröna gjorde jag till mig själv, men är någon intresserad så kan jag göra fler par! =)

Wicked Wednesday Challenge #15 Second ATC

Since I made one I could make two for Wicked Wednesday ATC, so this one is made with a Fairy dress from A day for daisies and I used a paper with swirls on to match the green dress I colored! 

Added silver on the wings with a glitter pen and green glitter on the dress edges! =) Added some rhinestones too!

Wicked Wednesday ATC #15 Dresses/Dress forms

I thought I'd try to make an ATC, never ever done it before but sometime have to be the first and when I saw what all the DT's at Wicked Wednesday ATC had done, I got inspired too! =)

I used the lovely dress from Michelle Perkett and some wonderful cupcake paper from DCWC!

Golf och tennisarmbåge

Ja, då hade jag fått lite golf och mest tennisarmbåge i höger armbåge. Har fått en stödskena som ska användas i två månader + lite olika övningar! Måste se till att få lite bättre anpassning på jobbet när det gäller att sitta vid datorn och fixa lite hemma också!

Annars förutom att det snöat konstant sedan onsdag kväll, så är det rätt bra. =) Vi hade första bokklubbsmötet för i år i ondag hos den nye medlemmen, pratade om Cecilia Samartins bok "Senor Peregrino" och åt en god vegetarisk lasagne!

Ska ut med jobbet i eftermiddag och fira två stycken som gått i pension med after work buffé på Costas, i övrigt blir det en lugn helg! Sålde två par örhängen igår och ett par idag, ska lämna över ett till par senare idag också! =)

CDAC Progressive Freebie Challenge 10 - Card 4

For the 4th card in CDAC Progressive freebie challenge 10, I used the wonderful old lady from Bugaboo Digi Stamps who can't get enough of chocolate! =) 

Found some background paper with chocolate text and images! 

The sentiment comes from Create with TLC!

CDAC Progressive freebie challenge 10 - Card 3

The third card I made for CDAC Progressive freebie challenge 10 is a beautiful scene from Firecracker Designs! 

I colored the whole image and added water and sky! =) 

Used some nice starry paper and added a black stripe of cs to set off the image!

The second card I made for CDAC Progressive freebie challenge 10 is with a cute image from Digi's by Phooka and I made a winter card since it's winter here now! =)

I just a vellum paper with snowflakes on and added a white on behind it and the image over it! =)

CDAC Progressive Freebie Challenge 10 "Bringing in the new year" Card 1

Here is my first card for CDAC Progressive Freebie Challenge 10, called "Bringing in the new year"!

For this card I used the wonderful image "Evolution" from Just Inklined and found an evolution quote online!

Handgjorda örhängen/Handmade earrings

Jag blev inspirerad av mina pysslare hos Nana Vic och hittade lite fina pärlor och annat smått och gott på nätet en dag, det resulterade i dessa små änglar! =)

Stod i kafeteriakön i fredags och fick då en beställning på ett par + ett par till men med clips, så ska pyssla ihop några under veckan! =) Måste klura ut ett pris också!

I was inspired by my fellow crafters at Nana Vic and found some pearls/beads and other small things online one day, those ended up as these little angels! =)

While I stood in the cafeteria que on friday, I got an order for a pair + another pair but with clips, so will put them together during next week! Have to set a price for them too!

"Friends are the Flowers of Life - Tiddly Inks Blog Hop"

I wanted to join the blog hop at Tiddly Inks today and to do that I had to make a card accordning to the theme:

"Friends are the Flowers of Life".  

I used the lovely Wryn - Grow a little love and a sentiment from Tiddly Inks! =)

The image is colored with my watercolor pencils and I distressed the edges with a white inkpad.

Chokladtårta

Här kommer receptet på chokladtårtan jag gjorde till nyår:

Botten

3 st	ägg
2 dl	socker
3 dl	vetemjöl
2 msk	kakao
1,5 tsk	bakpulver
3 dl	kokande vatten

Chokladglasyr

4 dl	florsocker
4 msk	vaniljsocker
6 msk	halvsmält smör
1 dl	kakao
4 msk	hett vatten
200 gram	mörk blockchoklad

Fyllning

5 dl	grädde
1,5 msk	kakao
0,5 dl	vaniljsocker
1 dl	florsocker
1 paket	björnbär  (jag använde bara hallon till min tårta och tog ur en låda i frysen, så testa er fram)
1 paket	hallon

GÖR SÅ HÄR

1. Vispa ägg & socker pösigt. Blanda mjöl med kakao & bakpulver. Rör ner i ägg/sockersmeten. Blanda väl. Häll sedan i det kokande vattnet. Blanda till jämn & fin smet.
2. Häll smeten i en smord & bröad form, gärna med löstagbar botten. Ca 26 cm i diameter. Grädda i ugnen i 175 C i ca 35 min eller tills kakan känns torr. Låt svalna & stjälp upp. Skär kakan i 2-3 bottnar.
3. Dela kakan i 2 delar. Vispa grädden till fyllningen ganska hårt.Bland i florsocker o kakao. Lägg björnbär & hallon (tinade) i ett jämnt lager på kakan & bred ut all grädde över bären.              (Tinade inte mina hallon utan blandade dem i fyllningen) =)
4. CHOKLADGLASYR!! Blanda torringredienserna i en bunke. Ha i det mjuka smöret. Rör om ordentligt.
5. Smält chokladen & rör ned i smeten. Häll i det heta vattnet. Rör om.
6. Om du tycker att smeten känns för lös så ha i mer florsocker. Tänk på: den stelnar efter en stund men inte mycket.

Digistamps4joy Challenge #34 Monochromatics

It's time for our first challenge at Digistamps4joy this year and we start with a monochromatic challenge using this picture as inspiration:

Det är dax för vår första utmaning hos Digistamps4joy detta året och vi börjar med en monokromatisk utmaning med denna bilden som inspiration:

 So for this challenge we in the designteam had to use the above colors for our cards and creations.

For my card I used Serena and made her sparkle, a sparkly background papper, added glitterpens to her dress and boots, unfortunatly it doesn't show on the pic so well, added some silver stars too!! =)

Så till denna utmaningen har vi i designteamet använt oss av ovanstående färger till våra kort och kreationer.

Till mitt kort använde jag Serena och fick henne att glittra, ett glittrigt bakgrundspapper, använde glitterpennor till hennes kläder och stövlar, även det inte riktigt syns på fotot, lade även till silverstjärnor! =)

Det var ett tag sedan jag var med i en Tiddly Inks utmaning men denna gången tänkte jag vara med och det handlar om att fira någon, så jag använde en de nya stämplarna med Wryn, som är helt gudomligt söta!

We in the design team got to choose the image we wanted to work with and I used the beautiful dress and made a "Dressed for success" card! =)

Paper Smooches SPARKS Challenge: Dec 29 - Jan 11 Part 2

Here is the second card I made for Paper Smooches SPARKS Challenge, also using some freebies I got earlier and the bee and sentiment works great with my striped paper! I added a little doodle too!

I'm a big fan off Paper Smooches stamps, they always make me smile, so I hope this card will make you smile too! =)

Paper Smooches SPARKS Challenge Dec 29 - Jan 11 Part 1

My first entry in one of Paper Smooches SPARK challenges is this card that I made with the newest freebie from Paper Smooches: Sun and sunshine sentiment! =) 

I realised I had some paper that would work perfectly with it and I hope it has enough colors from the inspirational text! =) 

Nya favoriter - kläder

Jag fyndade en superfin kofta på mellandagsrean hos Rut mfl och sedan hittade jag en tröja med ett toppencitat hos Monki, måste bara visa dem här på bloggen, vilket jag hade helt glömt att göra. Tröjan ska få hänga med på dans imorgon och känns som ett bra citat att leva efter också! =)

Phindy's Place Challenge #86 Scraps

I just finished my first challengecard for 2012 and this one is for Phindy's Place Challenge #86 Scraps and I used some small scraps I had around me and made a frame for "Baking bedlam" which I got thanks to my Secret Santa! =)

Jag har precis gjort klart mitt första utmningskort för 2012 och detta är till Phindy's Place Utmaning #86 Pappersrester och jag använde små restpapper till att skapa en ram till "Bak kaos" som jag fick tack vare min Hemliga Tomte! =)

60års kort - beställning

Jag fick en beställning förra veckan på ett 60 års kort till en kompis mamma, Ingmarie gillar musik, mat, resa, är vädur och efter de förutsättningarna så skapade jag detta kortet! 

Idag kom min kompis och hennes barn förbi på fika + hämtade kortet! 

Så hoppas få höra efter imorgon vad hennes mamma tyckte om det!

Råkade blir lite fel i namnet först, men rättade till det, dock hann jag inte fota närbilderna med rätt stavning så de har en bokstav mindre! =)

  

Vinstämpeln är från Kortmakaren om jag inte minns helt fel!

Nyår med vännerna

Jag hade ett mysigt nyårsfirande med vännerna igår, vi hade ansvar för olika delar, M&M fixade förrätten med chevretoast på ruccolabädd med honung och valnötter/pumpakärnor.

Sedan hade K&J gjort älgskav med kantareller och champinjoner, pressad potatis, gelé, sallad och vitlöksbröd till!

Sist men inte minst, efterrätten hade jag gjort, en nyårs chokladtårta med choklad och hallonfyllning, dekorerad med sugerpaste dekorationer och strössel!

Vi avslutade kvällen med att spela Alfapet, läsa ett tarot kort för det gångna året och efter fyrverkerierna och fotografering och skålande, så läste vi ett för det nya året!

Så hade ett bra avslut på det gamla året och har haft en bra dag på det nya, fikade upp rester av tårta med mamma, syster och hennes kompisar. Hem och fixade middag + present, sedan buss till kalas, firade vår kompis som fyller år idag. Hon fick en dekorerad burk med skumtomtefudge i och ett kort!
