Crafting with Jack - New swan card

Crafting with Jack has a new website and one of the newest images are a beautiful swan that we got to work with! =)

Sassy in the City - Miranda

Part three of Sassy Studio Designs "Sassy in the City" and this time it's all about Miranda and we had to make a CAS - Clean And Simple card, so I just hope this on will fit that theme! =)

I used a green paper as card base, a red patterned paper for the card mat and then a doile I got last year on my birthday that had the text "With love" on it which I highlighted with a cat eye inkpad!

Miranda is a readhead to made her hair red in two different shades and gave her a green dress with some glitter on it! =) Matching shoes of course! =)

Sassy in the City Relay - Samantha

I almost forgot to show my card with Samantha that I did for the second part of Sassy Studio Designs "Sassy in the City Relay"! =)

I colored her dress, jewlery and shoes with my blue glitter pen, added some gold into her hair and a green glitter pen for her eyes! 

She's laying on roses, got a letter from Yves Rocher that had the pattern on it so I just cut it out! =)

 Added a chipborad sticker with the text "Hunny" which suits her just fine!" =)

Top 3 hos Wicked Wednesday

I was in the Top 3 at Wicked Wednesday's ATC Challenge that I entered earlier with the Pantomine theme, that's so nice! =)

Saturday Spotlight - Crafting With Jack

My Saturday Spotlight for Crafting with Jack turned into a Tuesday Spotlight, since I've been away for the weekend! =)

We got to work with Angelas beautiful Chinese Rose with Square Spiral and all of us made different cards!

 

Here is my card, I used red, yellow and green tones for it and had a background paper that made a perfect frame for the image:

Sassy in the City Relay -Charlotte Sassy

Sassy Studio Designs has a Sassy in the City Relay now and it starts with Charlotte, she's available for free for a little time yet and I just managed to make a card with her for this part, so hoping to be able to make it to teh second part too! =)

I colored her with my promarkers, gave her a little different shades in her hair and added some gold to the top of her red dress! =)

 

Art With No Boundaries - Anything Goes/Performing Arts Part 2

Part 2 of our  Anything Goes/Performing Arts challenge at Art With No Boundaries are live now!

This time we also got to create with the beautiful Anna Mae Wong who was a chinese/american actress in the 1920's to 1930's! =) Chris Stern, CS Designs, has truly made some amazing art when creating these images! If you click on her name you can see her own creations on her blog!

I made a card with a dark backgroundpaper to make her stand out a little more, added filmstrips to the sides of the image, colored her with promarkers and sew beads onto the flowers in her hair to make them stand out a little more! =)

Digistamps4Joy Challenge 44 - June Bride from yesteryear – Happy Anniversary/Vintage

A new challenge is up at Digistamps4Joy and this time our theme is Happy anniversary/Vintage! 

I used the lovely Joy image from the store and colored her in vintage colors, couldn't resist to use a little olive green too! =)

Added some goldglitter and a cream colored backing paper to the image with a little shimmer in it + a brown border lace sticker! =)

Time for a new challenge at NettieG's Digital Gems and this one has a vintage wedding theme called: With This Ring! =)

We in the designteam got to use brides from different times and mine are from 1915, I made a wedding invitation with a folder and used some new dp I got from a local store, more known as a "daycare" for men, lot's of tools and stuff like that! =) 

I added some flower and a heart brad, also a brown bordersticker from the same store! =)

I just saw this challange and had to make an ATC for it, Wicked Wednesday ATC has a Pantomine - Express yourself without words challenge and I used one of my new Dilliy Bean images for this one and a chipboard sticker! =)

This is Abby, I just got the feeling that she want's to escape... not sure from what or where but something is it! =)

The colored border is a leftover from a swap card backrgound, made with this technique and the rest of the ATC is smeared with green glitter glaze, also added some to her eye! =)

Art With No Boundaries - Anything Goes/Performance Arts

The new challenge at Art With No Boundaries are live now and as usual we have the Anything Goes theme and also our bonus round theme, this time called Performing Arts which could include acting, theatre, music, ballet and so on! 

We all got to use these brand new images from CS Designs of Anna May (Mae) Wong, a famous chinese actress from 1920's, 1930's! =)

I used Anna May (Mae) Wong 2 for this weeks challenge, added a word from the bonus round prize Performing Arts Mini Sentiment Collection!

 I also added a filmstrip to frame her in and put her in my well used frame to show her off! =)

Dgistamps4Joy Challenge 43 - Anything BUT a card for a Wedding

Time for us in team B to showcase our creations for this challenge and now you can see all of mine, not just last weeks sneak peek! =)

The theme is "Anything but a card for a wedding"! =)

I used some saved packages and made a wedding wall hanging, the box used to hold candles, the hook is from the package that the bigger purple flowers were in! =) 

The small roses on a metal wire was bought for an order for wedding cards but that never happened! So I used all this to make my wall hanging, with the lovely wedding couple from Digistamps4Joy of course! =)  

The background is handpainted on an old piece of cardbord from a package, I used a blue paint and a green with glitter in it!

Art With No Boundaries - Anything Goes/Heavy Metal Week 2

Time for Week 2 of our Anything Goes/Heavy Metal challenge at Art With No Boundaries!

This week I've used the Steampunk Solitaire Heavy metal from CS Designs for my project and multiplied them three times and used the Vison text for my card!  

I used a brocken part of a necklace for my  metal and hung a ring from a bike valve on it! =) 

Then I added some glitter to some parts of the image and the lips, also enhanced the lips and crews on the vision sign with crackle accent! =)

Sunday Spotlight at Crafting with Jack

Crafting with Jack has a Sunday Spotlight today and we are showcasing Angelas adorable Butterfly Kitten! =)

I made a canvas painting and added the butterfly kittens with some plastic from an embossing folder package, so they are flying on my canvas, then I stamped Carpe Diem - Catch the day (Fånga dagen) on it and I really like how it turned out! =)
